Excellent Central Hotel

The hotel offers an excellent location with easy access to attractions using metros and buses. I found many varieties during the breakfast. The staff are friendly and helpful, they even provide Portuguese custard tarts in the afternoon. I was impressed.
The hotel is located on a street open only to trolley and bus traffic, making it necessary to walk around to the back for a cab.

The staff was very nice, every person was helpful. Staff were patient and kind . They provided prompt assistance and addressed all requests efficiently.

The staff was COMPLETELY absent. I barely saw anyone at reception to greet or help guests. They did not provide a city map. That was disappointing, the breakfast was mediocre and not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel.

My room was a great size and clean. The shower had wonderful water pressure! Every evening, I found a little treat in my room. It was a fruit chocolate brownie. The hotel's location is superb. It's so easy to reach all the main attractions!!!
The street in front of the hotel allows only trolley and bus traffic. I had to walk to the back of the hotel to get a cab.

Breakfast had a great selection of breads and pastries. The fruit was fresh. Yoghurts, cheese, eggs, and bacon were also available. I found the quality of everything to be VERY high.
